Verzura Construction, Inc., is a class “A” General Contractor founded by Roberto Verzura in 1985. Through solid management and hard work Verzura Construction, Inc., has achieved a recognized reputation of professionalism and integrity in the industry. Upon founding Verzura Construction, Inc., Mr. Verzura began with small residential projects and gradually developed the firm into a Billion Dollar per year industry leader. Specializing in the construction management of Hi – Rise Condominium Development, Resort Hotels, Industrial Parks, Airports, Hospitals & Medical Centers, Universities & Learning Centers, Highway, Bridge (i.e.: Schools), etc. With his State of Florida Certified General Contractor, and State of Louisiana Certified General Contractor, Residential & Commercial and Degree of Bachelor of Science with a Major in Engineering, Roberto Verzura has assembled a staff of professionals, which have enabled him to guide the company through the complex business world of the new Century. Please note that: Each of the project managers and directors hold a four-year degree in one of the engineering disciplines. This gives Verzura Construction, Inc., the edge in working with Architects and Engineers on the development of the Construction Documents for upcoming project and the interpretation of such project documents during both the Pre-construction and Construction phase of the project. Verzura Construction, Inc., given its favorable position in the Florida, Louisiana Construction Market, is able to undertake the role of Construction Manager and / or Developer’s Representative for one or several large construction projects concurrently; managing, Architects, Engineers, Other Design Professionals and Marketing Firms as well as the Sales Staff on behalf of the Owners and / or Developers. This kind of team management has enriched the Company staff with extensive experience and knowledge in the process of project development and requirement thereof. Such experience and knowledge is not only practical and functional but is also constructive and appealing to anyone who chooses Verzura Construction, Inc. as their Construction Manager and / or General Contractor.
